Over 1200 suspects involved in various crimes across the city were arrested last week.

Police conducted encounters with criminals resulting in one death and numerous arrests:
- Confiscated from robbers include 25 individuals (of which 20 are injured), as well as weapons like illegal firearms (126 seized items). Amid these operations, the authorities also managed to apprehend various assets including motorcycles and vehicles.

Specific areas of operation included East Zone with an arrest count reaching up to 349 individuals; West Zone saw about 507 arrests while South Zones recorded a staggering number close to 819 people taken into custody, collectively amounting to more than 1267 suspects.

In the ongoing anti-drug effort in Karachi:
- Police have managed to seize quantities of drugs including 84.384 kg of hashish and a smaller quantity (1.514 grams) consisting mainly of ice and heroin, along with illegal substances such as marijuana (56 ounces or about 2 pounds), crystal methamphetamine (709 dosage units), cocaine base (380 packets in a gram each containing five tablets*).

Additionally, the police found hidden within these criminal confiscations were 14 motorcycles and 52 bicycle helmets. These findings are just part of an extensive search that yielded various illegal items including but not limited to: firearms (such as automatic rifles), ammunition cartridges, knives with blades extending more than three inches in length – all seized during this massive law enforcement effort across the city.
