Conviction of Individuals for Using Forged Documents to Obtain US Student Visa

The court stated, “Fake/bogus educational certificates/degrees are a societal menace.” They highlighted Priyanka’s deliberate use of forged documents three times to obtain the US student visa, noting that her BBA degree was declared forged by KU.
According to Muhamad Sadiq Metlo from FIA, the US Consulate General in Karachi filed a complaint with evidence against Priyanka Devi using counterfeit documents. She had admitted fraudulent credentials during an interview and sought advice from consultant Marium Adil for admission into American universities through deceptive means.
